How to earn points

The Heart Health Workout Companion app was designed to motivate you to get into the stay healthy and increase your cardiovascular fitness level by working out in the Moderate and/or Vigorous zones.

 

This app is based on the American Heart Association's weekly exercise guideline to get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise or 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise (or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity).  

Earn 1 point for every minute you spend in Moderate and earn 2 points for every minute spent in Vigorous. Your goal is to earn 30 points per day, 5 days per week. 

We'll help you stay accountable by keeping track of your points for you and showing your progress to the next one. You can see your points on the Zone workout screen (bottom left corner) + on the second screen + after your workout on the daily point progress tile.
