How to earn points
The HIIT Workout Companion app was designed to motivate you to push yourself into harder effort zones, which will kickstart your calorie burn during the workout and keep your burning more calories throughout your day.
Earn 1 point per minute in the Orange zone and 2 points per minute in the Red zone. Your workout goal is 20 points!
We'll help you stay accountable by keeping track of your points for you and showing your progress to the next one.
