My app is crashing/glitching, what should I do?
We are aware that a small handful of people are encountering crashing every time they try to open the app. In some cases, deleting and re-installing the app fixed the issue. Instructions here on how to do that.
If deleting and re-installing the app doesn't work, let's try checking your Health app to make sure you have updated information.
Open Health on your phone (not your Apple Watch)
Click your profile icon in the top right corner
Click 'Health Profile' to view your Date of Birth and Sex
Click 'Medical ID' to view your Weight and Height
Please review this data. If it is empty, please tap edit in the top right corner of those pages and fill in the correct data.
If it is already filled out, please try editing this data and saving it (change your DOB by 1 day, reverse your sex, etc). This is only temporary and you can change it back afterward.
Next, please re-deleting & re-installing the app one more time and try opening the app to see if the crashes stop. If you're still having trouble, please let us know.
