You'll receive a detailed email summary after each workout longer than 5 minutes.
Minutes Per Zone
We track the hard stuff so you don't have to! Your email summary includes the minutes you spent in each zone for the specific workout you just did. In this example, you spent 32 minutes in the Orange Zone.
Your zones are entirely dependent on your Max Heart Rate. We take a guess based on your personal biometrics (age, weight, etc.) but it can vary person-to-person. If you believe your zones are incorrect, you can manually set your Max HR. in Settings.
Your email will also contain duration, total points earned, average heart rate, peak heart rate, and calories for the workout you just did!
