How to earn points

The OTF Workout Companion app was designed to motivate you to get into the Orange and Red zones, which will kickstart your calorie burn during the workout and keep your burning more calories throughout your day. 

Every minute you spend in the Orange or Red zones will earn you 1 point. Your goal is to earn 12 per day!

We'll help you stay accountable by keeping track of your points for you and showing your progress to the next one.
