My workout data seems off, how can I double-check my profile settings?

If your workout data seems off (such as calorie count) it may be a result of incorrect profile setup. Please check to make sure the following profile information is correct:​

 

  1. PERSONAL DATA
    (Date of birth, Weight, Height, Sex)

  2. MAX HEART RATE

  3. HEALTH PERMISSIONS

PERSONAL DATA

Open Orange Zones > click 'Settings' > tap on individual stats that are wrong to change them

MAX HEART RATE

Open Orange Zones > click 'Settings' > scroll down to 'Heart Rate' > turn off 'Adaptive' to view/edit your max heart rate

NOTE: Turn 'Adaptive' back on after editing for the best workout experience!

HEALTH PERMISSIONS

Open the 'Settings' app on your Apple Watch (not on your phone) > click 'Health' > select 'Apps' > find and select 'Orange Zones' > tap 'Turn All Categories On'
