Help! I can't find the app on my Apple Watch

I don’t see the app on my watch?

Important Note: You must be upgraded to the latest Watch OS and iOS versions to successfully download. First Generation watches are not compatible.

Sometimes, the app doesn't automatically show up on your Apple Watch. But rest assured, this can be fixed!

Step 1: Open the App Store on your Apple Watch

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and click 'Account'

Step 3: Select 'Purchased'

Step 4: Select 'My Purchases'

Step 5: Find the app and click the download button!

Note:

Most Workout Companions have a phone app as well. If the phone app downloaded but the watch app did not, we recommend making sure automatic downloads are turned on in the Watch app. Instructions below:

Open the Watch App on your iPhone > select ‘General’ > make sure ‘Automatic App Install’ is enabled

You can also head back to the main page in the Watch app and scroll down to find apps that have an Install button next to them.
