My app is glitching/crashing - what should I do?

There are many different reasons why your app is glitching or crashing. For the best results, please contact our team and we'll walk you through it.

However, you can also try these steps:

 

  1. Make sure your phone & watch are on the latest version (iOS 13 and WatchOS 6.1) 
    (Phone: Open Settings > click General > Software Update. Watch: Open the Watch app on your phone > click General > Software Update)

  2. Make sure you have a legit & accessible email address for your Apple ID
    (Open Settings on your phone > click your Name/Apple ID at the top of the page > click Name, Phone Number, Email > check your email address under 'Reachable At' and 'Hide My Email')

  3. Make sure you have two-factor authentication turned on
    (Open Settings on your phone > click Password and Security > make sure two-factor is turned on)

  4. Make sure you are running the latest version of the app
    (Open the App Store on your Apple Watch > scroll down to the bottom and click Account > select Purchased and My Purchases > find the app and click on it to see if it says Update)

Lastly, if all of the above steps are complete, we recommend deleting the app then restarting your watch then reinstalling the app after your watch reboots.
